Obviously, the only genuine advice this forum can give is
1. Don't sign anything.
2. Don't say anything else to them.
3. Quit discussing it publicly.
4. Go directly to a lawyer.
But honestly unless they're completely incompetent they probably hold all the cards. Yet another reason not to trust employee equity.
