At the rate people change jobs in the Bay I don't think 6/6 would work. I know a handful of people that have had 7 jobs in 5 years.

- Mithaldu 11y agoShorter arrangements can be made. Last two times i arranged 3/3. Also it is important to consider whether the lack of such protection causes such high change rates.
