Can you point a place in the email that communicates what you just explained in your comment? I just reread it twice and I don't see that anywhere. My interpretation of the email is essentially: we used to offer this for free, and we're now offering a commercial alternative. You have three options: use the paid option, use the free API that does not work for your use case, or shut down. If I'm missing something obvious please let me know.
