What makes the FBI going to the courts a good thing is the ability for the courts to say "no" and the FBI respect that.
If that can never happen, the visit to the courts is meaningless.
- einarvollset 11y agoThe courts can (and do) say no. They didn't in this case. What makes the FBI going to the courts a good thing is that the courts can say yes and you respect that.
