I recently spent 4 weeks of my life interviewing for one of the bigger video games companies for their web dev team. After those 4 weeks, I didn't get the job. Around the 3rd week I felt like my time was wasted. I want to work for this place, but if I want try again later in life, I probably won't because it took up way too much of my time with little to no value. It sucks that I'm required to sacrifice my personal and vacation days to find potential new employment.
