This is really strange. Why is this?
- passivepinetree 11y agoIt could be because of the immediate negative publicity complaints on social media get. Irate customer complains via Twitter, @ mentions Dell => a bunch of people see it. Irate customer complains via a private communication channel => others are much less likely to notice/find out.
