I would love to play Factorio multiplayer with someone that is interviewing to become a colleague. Playing this game in coop is like programming in many ways.

I would love to play Factorio multiplayer with someone that is interviewing to become a colleague. Playing this game in coop is like programming in many ways. You see the result of your design mistakes, and you have to be able to communicate well but not overcommunicate. To be independant but a team player at the same time, etc... Is Factorio the new programmer interview?? ;)
