I heard Deloitte and such consulting firms barely reach 1.5 year of retention (as in, in average people leave in that time). So you're best move is also the most common.
- johnward 11y agoI too have heard that those consulting firms "churn and burn" young talent. I'm a consultant at IBM so I don't know if it's actually much different though. I've seen decent turnover in my org.
