I'm working on an extensible notes platform for the web. Its called Saola: https://saola.in https://saola.in. There are several platforms that you can store notes/text etc in. Saola differs from them in the fact that it provides you a scriptable environment also. You can write JavaScript scripts to create/update/delete notes/text.
