Drugs are harmful. Especially in excess. Are you willing to make all illegal drugs available without moderation? Let it be. We are good as it is. I personally have suffered from an excess of Marijuana and Alcohol and its not pleasant. I've since totally given up smoking for a year (but the Alcohol continues). Why? Because Alcohol is freely available.
