Myrtle Beach, SC. Unlikely place. Cost of Living is ridiculously low, right by the ocean, big city amenities, due to the short summer tourist season. So you have to be a remote worker to get the value. And then either needing to move here to take care of them, or just discovering the city when coming to visit.
