Another puff piece about self-management with no details o how it actually works. calling teams "circles" and managers "leaders" doesn't change the org chart.
- sleepybrett 11y agoIt's funny but none of the circles mentioned in the article seem to have anything to do with selling shoes. I would be concerned if I was a shareholder.
