Sad to hear this happening. MIT IST was unparalleled when I was there. Everyone was knowledgeable, they would go out of their way to help regardless of whether or not it was within their job description, and they delivered a strong product that reliably powered the institute. Hopefully this isn't too disruptive, ultimately, although it sounds like a lot of damage is already done.
