I think it's a perfectly valid topic. We can't pretend men and women are the same, especially in cases where a person's gender is unusual for a given circumstance. In the interviewee's case that certainly applies, so her perspective on that point is relevant and welcome. I do happen to disagree with her on a few key points, but I do think the discussion is important.
