I don't really worry about it. If I could predict the direction of currencies, I wouldn't be working. Sure, I have extra bills compared to my on-site colleagues but I also get to live in a city with a much lower COL. I'm sure there are ways to optimize my setup further but I'm generally content getting a US salary in Europe.
