Tell HN: Using Skype Number for business. TL;DR: bad idea

I was shopping for voip number for my saas business, and decided to give it a try to Skype Number - good rates for getting a local number, I already use Skype, why not? Bad idea. - quality of calls is horrible (even my voicemail message is not possible to hear, also every second recording is not possible to hear) - if you have your Skype turned on both on desktop and phone, calls do not always go through to phone - when you do forwarding of calls to your phone you are loosing a chance to have your Skype Number voicemail message played - of course, there is no way to call Skype support to either request refund or ask questions. I think I will give it a try to ringcentral.com, which was recommended in one of HN post.
