"there is no direct way to complain to the company" Complaining on Twitter is one of the reasons why I do not use it and was the first thing the jumped to my head when I read the title. I cannot stand whiny people (am I whining right now? :)) or attention seekers, so I would be hesitant to put any business on Twitter/social media.
