Chapter Lead | ING Bank | RELOCATION & VISA supported | ONSITE in Amsterdam (the Netherlands).
This IT department adopted the Spotify organization model and is looking for chapter leads (60% hands-on technical, 40% leading/managing other developers).
We're looking for back-end (Scala or Java) and ops engineering (linux) Chapter leads.
Experience managing is and an agile mindset is a necessity.
