I think a lot of people are realizing that you don't need to get dozens of thousands of dollars in debt to get a quality education. Dedication counts. Sometimes you just need to know the right people or get your foot in the door as a lower level employee who can learn it in the real world. I know a surprisingly high amount of people who hold less than a 4 year bachelor's in Comp Sci or related who now hold significant positions in major companies.
