Do not forget that what is bad for defense attorney is good for prosecutor.
- developer2 11y agoNot sure how this would be bad for the defense and good for the prosecution? Defense attorneys would appreciate jury members refusing to convict their clients for ridiculous laws. I imagine every defense out there would absolutely love to have the possibility of jury nullification laid out on the table.
