I love to abuse those. I usually pick a random question from their set, if they don't let me make something up, and then respond with gibberish. Although I especially hate when they limit your answers to 20-30 characters. Regardless, it's going to be embarrassing whenever I actually have to use those answers. :) I find it surprising they think it's a good practice for people to answer them honestly.
