Fleep is a European (Estonian) company. Just mail them (https://fleep.io/privacy https://fleep.io/privacy, §9) and they should be decent enough to terminate your account altogether. I had quite a good experience with them, their CEO responded to my Fleep messages (nice example of dogfooding), though haven't used it for a while now.
