- mehta 11y agoBoth. I have a 7 month old and just finished working on a decently sized project (amp-analytics[1]). Both my team and manager have been super supportive through the process. I don't remember when I worked full 40 hours a week (that does not mean the work did not get done. Just that I could work when the child allowed me to.) Except for working from home on occasions (1-2 days a month), I didn't work remotely much so I do not know the policies around it.
