All kidding aside though, this looks like a cool tool for navigating/doing filesystem stuff, but comparing it to Cygwin is a completely false as far as I can see.
Cygwin isn't just `sh` for win32, it's a relatively complete POSIX environment for Windows that comes with GNU and other open source tools.
I understand the author probably wasn't being malicious, but it's really not a fair comparison to use as a selling point for their package.
