What does this mean for z.cash?
- nickodell 11y agoThe technology has no relation to zcash, other than that both are cryptocurrencies.
- CiPHPerCoder 11y agoAlso, which might be confusing for users: Both zcash and ZKCP get to check the "zero-knowledge" box, although zcash's innovation is called a zk-SNARK and is otherwise unrelated to this protocol.
- ewillbefull 11y agoIn this particular ZKCP case we use zk-SNARKs because they're fast and they exist, but theoretically we do not need their "non-interactivity" properties.
- kushti 11y agoElectric Cash Company is getting a good promotion with this demo, at least
