There's an indication of how (the worst among) muslims would react to Christian terrorists : if you read the press in muslim countries that's exactly what you'll find, Christian terrorists (and Jewish ones). In the same way that the Russian press constantly presents "crimes" of western people and "their allies" (e.g. against the people of Ukraine) you find constant examples of Christian "terror" in the press of countries like Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and I'm sure dozens of other countries. In Palestina the situation is exceptionally bad, with the currently worst example being that the evening news quite seriously reported Israeli Jews eating Palestinian toddlers for dinner after having the IDF surround a school.
So assuming all this propaganda has at least some people convinced it is quite obvious what the results of attacks are : indiscriminate random "revenge" massacres.
To be fair, in some cases it's not propaganda. For instance Russia's conduct against muslims in the caucasus is rather harsh, though of course not as harsh as reported on forums on the internet. Whether it justifies things like Beslan and the Moskou metro attacks ... well by western standards it wouldn't of course.
But that's the whole point of different religions. Different moral standards. Justice, in the vast majority of religions, means revenge. From an eye to an eye, to blood money, to stoning. This is hard to grasp if you're 10000 km from the nearest country where a different religion rules, but it's a plain and obvious normal fact of daily life of several billion human beings.
The problems this woman will face, are simple. That phrase "God, elimiate the infidels and defeat them all" is part of a basic islamic prayer. Removing something like that would be as invasive as asking Christians to remove the "our father" prayer. It's not going to happen.
