Slightly different implementation since it uses untracked() instead of .Now to avoid dependency creation and a nice bridge to the regular observable universe (they have autorunAsync) but it would be good to have a reactor that can act as an observable using emit etc and if the observables could be modified with throttle, or buffer etc. Edit: I have been enjoying similar reactiveness using ractivejs but it hasn't managed to split the reactive data from the view logic.
