I feel the same, but people use it because they can deliver things faster (and get the money sooner). Sure, after that the client will maybe get complaints about website crashing user's mobile browser on cheap phones but those phones will get replaced soon (5 years?) so the problem will fix itself. On a second thought, how do you access the Contact form on a website you can't even load? :)
