Maybe. The advantage of private schools is more choice. The problem (at least here) is that public school teachers are unmotivated and discipline (of both teachers and students) is often lacking. It seems that public schools cater for the lower 40% of the population. My problem is not bullying per se, but the atmosphere around it. A school should not be sport centric (as many schools are).
