The way to do that is to try to distill the value proposition. Why would people use WebArcs instead of going to an aggregator (Reddit, HN), another news reader (Pulse, flipboard), or content sites directly? Then, show it some people and get some feedback. See if you can get people to use it as their default way to surf the web. If you can get even one person to do that (other than yourself), you've made some progress.
