Article mentions that only 2% of Facebook employees are of sub Saharan descent. That's pretty damn low and unfortunately that is systemic for a lot of tech companies. If they really wanted to avoid free speech, chalkboard, issues, they should insist on their members draw images instead of writing phrases. Rhetoric is just asking for social conflict and drawing would be way more fun!
