Bill to end daylight saving time in California
- nabaraz 11y agoI think it's stopped serving the purpose it was designed for.
- wwayer 11y agoIt would be better to keep the state on PDT year-round, IMO.
- DrScump 11y agoThis is a ridiculous concept because California, by practice and in keeping with national standards, has already been in violation of its own Constitution for decades in this regard. The Constitution defines DST as from the "last Sunday in April until last Sunday in September", which, if obeyed, would already put CA with different effective dates from the rest of North America.
