That's cute, but the statement doesn't even suggest all life would be gone. If I had to guess, "most life on Earth" would be the majority of macrofauna and macroflora.
In other words, life would probably still persist in some form (life...finds a way) and would continue evolving.
- nikanj 11y agoKilling things that live on the bottom of the ocean is /hard/. A few kilometers of water is an excellent buffer against, well, anything.
