"It has a very good IDE." What values of 'good' are we talking about here?

  Still the fastest way to build a user interface for Windows. On windows I have experience only with Visual Studio an this, but i don't see such a big gap in quality as described above by PeCaN. I am using it also for biggish projects and it fulfills my needs (Maybe slow on low-end PC's, but I upgraded to SSD long time ago which solved all responsibility related issues)
