What comes to mind for different retailers:
Wal-Mart: Cheap
Target: Not as cheap but Sorta hip and clean
Nordstrom: Excellent customer service
Forever 21: Fashionable and cheap
Sears: Not sure??
JC Pennys: Kinda like Sears but at least we are trying
The thing is Sears has been like this for so long. How did
they at least not try?
