The distribution isn't rebuilt every cycle. If no new source release has been uploaded, the existing binary will be used for the next release.
- lmm 11y agoSo if they need to apply a small patch to a given package they'll sometimes discover that it was built 3 versions ago and no longer compiles? Yuck.
