As a Wufoo competitor, I kinda understand what you mean. They have settled on a well executed "fun and simple" concept, and I don't see any of the big actors going into this market. I don't mind however having them as competitors. There are plenty of customers for which fun and simple is just not enough. You should also kick their asses. No updates since Nov. 07... I'm worried they're working on some sort of secret weapon :-)
