  Unless you're building an app, why not just use html and css?

    Thats a good point, in my case we were prototyping an app. Plus not all the designers on my team can code so this is a good alternative.

    Prototyping tools are faster than HTML/CSS for many people, even those who know HTML/CSS well enough to implement the end product unaided.
