- sosuke 11y agoI love it, but it doesn't include the rent being raised every year like clockwork. Right now it's $1500, next year $1575 etc
- theseatoms 11y agoBuy a basket of REITs (with geographic exposures of your choosing) to hedge against changes in land value.
- erhrsdjsdrjtrj 11y agoIt does. "Rent growth rate" is an option.
- dsp1234 11y agoThe option to change the rental growth rate is located under the section titled "What Does the Future Hold?" with a title of "rent growth rate" and a default value of 2.5% (with a range of -5% to 15%)
