Having received feedback in various channels, do you think you can devise a strategy to deal with "what women have to deal with" in an effective manner? What advice do you have for other female entrepreneurs in similar situations?
- sarahnadav 11y agoYes, I can. I am actually working on strategy. I feel like it needs to be a combination of education and transparency. A lot of men mean well and have no idea how to change. It needs to be done thoughtfully, but women and POC also need a place where they can report behavior. Something like The Funded but for diversity
