Weird. If it's unmanned and unarmed, whats to prevent pirates from boarding it and taking it over? Said "pirates" could perhaps come from a nearby Russian trawler? Or maybe they could be actual pirates from Eastern Africa? Maybe they're planning on keeping these things way out in the ocean, 1000+ miles from any potentially hostile coast?
