Honestly, the best part of this story for me is I am finding out the details from Backblaze. I remember when I worked at Zetta.net and I chatted with a couple of members of the founding Backblaze team at the time about their DC issues (we were in the backup biz as well). Thoughtful, pragmatic, and straight forward. I was using Backblaze back then and still do. A great company and well worth supporting. Thank you for the analysis and sorry for the troubles you encountered due to Adobe -- a company that had multiple "we are doing better for the employee" HR moments which mean "you are screwed" over the last 5-7 years.
