The reason why enrollment is so high is because of the shortage Or because they hear politicians on TV without the slightest clue telling people there is a shortage. Or because they enjoy building things. Not so black and white, is it?
- gozur88 11y agoThe other possibility is fields which would have attracted bright people are no longer looking as green. Like, for example, law.
- LordKano 11y agoLaw and Medicine used to be the the fields that attracted the best and brightest. Now, we have an overabundance of lawyers and the margins are very thin on medicine. It's just a matter of time until IT is in a similar position and something else becomes the hot new field.
