Your straw man is on fire

  There is no straw man. The person did not differentiate any laws, so I pulled up a set of laws that I guess them to at least consider making an example for. If they did mean to create different laws they felt differently about, I left them an opening to do such in my last question.

  That is a perfectly valid argument he made, you can't just randomly call things straw men, they must actually be straw men.
