- chillydawg 11y agoProbably.
- curt15 11y agoGIMP will become a more viable option once they implement non-destructive editing.
- Grue3 11y agoConsidering Photoshop just erased an entire folder of files, it can hardly be called non-destructive. You're basically at the mercy of Adobe to not mess up and not delete everything when "the cloud" updates. The workflow being slightly more convenient doesn't matter at this point.
- curt15 11y agoSo to supposedly avoid one-off bugs (which can be entirely mitgated with proper backups), graphics professionals would rather suffer every day?
- tedmiston 11y agoPixelmator ($30) is a much more usable alternative on OS X
- java_is_awful 11y agoReally? You're suggesting people should switch to a GNU project program because GNU has a better track record for not doing counterintuitive insane, dangerous bullshit? `strings` was exploitable. `strings`, for fuck's sake. And the autotools are still a thing. The day I assume GNU software is well written is the day GNU HURD ceases to be a punchline.
