Never trust any person who says "a chicken in every pot," or more precisely, "I'm going to give you exactly what you want, even though it will require congressional approval that I can't get." That's enough to discredit a candidate. Period.
Now we don't have any primary candidates to vote for.
- RobertoG 11y agoThis is not my election; I'm not American but I'm following it pretty close because what the White House do affect all of us. You accuse Sanders of populism, but his program is a lot more detailed than Clinton's and, the economic part, has been endorsed by professional economists: http://usuncut.com/politics/170-top-economists-back-bernie-sanders-plan-to-rein-in-wall-street/ http://usuncut.com/politics/170-top-economists-back-bernie-s... About the congressional approval, obviously, you need new blood there too. Sanders and his supporters are very aware of this. I think is funny that the guy calling things by their name is, precisely, the guy accused of being naive and unrealistic.
