After I started the 2/10 net 30 every invoice was paid in ten days - no exceptions for the years I ran my business. And only a handful of the the 1/10 net 30 weren't paid immediately. Before I started giving those discounts, I was really struggling with cash flow. After that, I was swimming in cash.
