My ISP is local, and is point to point wireless. Bill is simple and direct. I've got directv and AT&T, AT&T owns both. I'm revisiting my bills now. Taxes are one aspect, but surprisingly the wiggle room in bills, despite "fees" is pretty large. The constant need for negotiation gets a bit old.
