Really? You simply cannot make a statement such as "Sublime Text 4 under development" when the only evidence you have is mentions of ST4 in an FAQ about licencing. The ST licence has always only covered up to the most recent version at the time of purchase. All this FAQ is doing is making it clear that by purchasing a ST3 licence you'll need to upgrade when the next version comes along.
