- danieltillett 11y agoAt least Sydney has nice beaches. I do agree that housing here suffers the same issues. We need a massive unimproved land value tax.
- tajen 11y agoSo what's happening with this general trend? Does it mean some smaller cities have stagnating prices and people are leaving? Or does that mean the money we've given to China for 30 years is finally buying out the world? Or does that mean that everyone is afraid of a bubble and invests since 7 years in land?
